Karen Kuczwaj is the Founder and CEO of Timeless Management Group, a boutique management company dedicated to helping creators and brands thrive in today’s fast-moving digital world.

Originally from Los Angeles, Karen launched Timeless in New York in May 2023 and expanded the company back to her hometown in March 2025. With a sharp eye for social media and digital trends, she’s passionate about building authentic connections between creators and brands that spark real impact.

Blending youthful energy with a strategic, forward-thinking mindset, Karen leads Timeless with creativity, adaptability, and a clear vision for the future. She began her career on the brand side at an energy drink company, where she gained hands-on experience in brand strategy—spearheading events, cultivating authentic relationships with creators, and driving social buzz.
